We are currently looking for a Marketing Cloud Delivery Manager to join our team in Mexico City. Nissan Digital is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Delivery Manager with a strong blend of Marketing Technologies technical and operational expertise who will lead a motivated team of Marketing Cloud Technical Producers and Deliverability Specialists that support customer journey development and deployments aligned to marketing and transactional communication objectives. In this role, you will bridge between business outcomes and technical execution supporting many business functions including our Tier 1 marketing emails, Captive Finance Servicing communications and Direct to Consumer Commerce point of sale transactional communication in the United States and Canada. The individual that fills this role should have deep technical knowledge and delivery lifecycle management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent (Adobe Experience Cloud; Hubspot; etc.) including Customer Segmentation, Audience Creation, Journey Builder, eMail, SMS & Push Notification template creation, data and SDK integrations, maintaining IP reputation and performance reporting.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage a team of external contractor and vendors, to deliver marketing finance servicing and transactional customer service.
  • Manage delivery and pipeline according to the priorities and delivery timeline. Proactive, problem solving, incident resolution. Remove blockers and barriers to complete work.
  • Align delivery roadmap with business objectives and outcomes. Define standard for best practice and reusability in platform configuration, data management and campaign automation.
  • Serve as primary point of contact and engagement manager for internal lines of business and affiliates, translating complex requirements into actionable delivery plans that align to timeline commitments.
  • Manage the complete marketing delivery lifecycle including alignment of requirements to outcomes, solution design, development, Quality Assurance and deployment.
  • Operate using Agile / Scrum methodologies to manage workflow, create high velocity and ensure high quality and predictable delivery.
  • Ensure the integrity and performance of the Marketing Cloud platform, monitor platform health, manage technical debt and oversee security and compliance standards. Drive roadmap for continuous improvement and strategic platform capability growth.
  • Create SMS & Email campaigns with personalized content blocks and development of performance dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing performance and impact. Thoroughly test campaigns prior production deployment and work closely with business sponsors to ensure campaigns align with marketing and communication goals.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 - 7 Years experience in Marketing Technologies’ leadership, production and delivery including:
    • Management experience with diverse teams that include contractors and staff augmentation resources.
    • Relationship Management with internal peers and stakeholders manage intake pipeline and prioritize work according to delivery schedules. Strong blend of business and technical insight.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience using marketing technologies, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, Adobe Experience Cloud, MailChimp, Hubspot, etc considered.
    • Project management expertise using Agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira & Confluence.
    • Experience designing and creating email templates, design dynamic content blocks.
    • Experience in Landing Pages development including use of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
    • Prior experience developing templates using HTML/CSS
    • Scripting languages (ampscript, javascript)
    • Image editing tools is desirable (Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
    • IP reputation management
    • Certifications in Marketing Cloud preferred, desire for certifications considered.
