Our client is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Marketing Cloud Automation Specialist. This unique opportunity allows you to harness your skills in developing and implementing unique email campaigns by leveraging state-of-the-art automation techniques.

In this role, you'll focus on coding, testing, scheduling, and managing the delivery of digital communications, as well as configuring and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns. Attention to detail and robust project management skills are key in this role.

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Coordinate, create, and deliver email marketing projects for small and large-scale businesses across Europe, EMEA, Australia, and South America

Develop and manage nurturing cycles to effectively engage our target audience

Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and enhance overall results

Configure and manage SFMC users, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate access for different stakeholders

Maintain data extensions, lists, and data filters within the SFMC platform to effectively manage customer data

Create and maintain automation workflows to streamline marketing operations

Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing valuable insights for future improvements

Stay up-to-date with CAN-SPAM regulations and global electronic regulations

Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the line manager

Requirements:

Experience with Email Marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or similar

Proficiency in responsive design and working knowledge of Dreamweaver or alternative software

Understanding of HTML and CSS for email template customization

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy workloads, and multitask effectively

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Punctuality and the ability to perform well under pressure

University degree, preferably in a field related to computing or marketing

Desirable:

Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, is a plus

Proficiency in Photoshop and a keen eye for graphic design

This role is also open for less experienced junior-level applicants with related backgrounds and/or graduates.

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday; Hybrid, 3 days from the office.
