For over 60 years, Animal Welfare League NSW (AWL NSW) has been a leading registered charity dedicated to protecting, caring for and advocating for the welfare of companion animals across the state. We provide expert care for surrendered, neglected and abandoned animals and work closely with communities to promote responsible pet ownership and prevent cruelty.

The Opportunity

Animal Welfare League NSW is seeking an organised and proactive Marketing & Campaigns Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our annual marketing and fundraising program.

This is a hands-on co-ordination and delivery role focused on bringing campaigns and communications to life. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Fundraising and the Marketing & Fundraising Manager, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.

You will co-ordinate campaigns, content, schedules, approvals, suppliers and reporting across a
range of marketing and fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, managing detail and supporting high-quality execution across multiple channels.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the annual marketing and content calendar
  • Coordinate campaigns across digital, email, web, print and social media
  • Support fundraising campaigns, appeals and supporter communications
  • Coordinate photography, video, interviews and content creation
  • Deliver the quarterly Love Tales newsletter
  • Coordinate content for annual reports, calendars, appeals and major campaigns
  • Prepare briefs, timelines, approval processes and production schedules
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date marketing assets and brand materials
  • Prepare reporting and updates for management and board reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep projects progressing smoothly

About You

We are looking for someone who is practical, dependable and highly organised, with the ability
to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.You will bring:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Experience in a marketing, communications, fundraising or agency co-ordination role
  • Strong project co-ordination and administrative skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Confidence managing competing deadlines and workflows
  • Experience preparing reports, schedules and coordinating approvals
  • A proactive approach and the ability to follow through independently

This role will suit someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes, coordinating
moving parts and ensuring quality work is delivered efficiently and consistently.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
