In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Analyze market dynamics through a supply-demand lens to identify opportunities for optimal inventory utilization and revenue growth.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover trends and strategic opportunities. 
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align campaign strategy with overall business goals.
  • Design and run campaigns across CRM, email, and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for smooth execution.
  • Build, manage, and optimize landing pages and user journeys to maximize conversions and user experience.
  • Coordinate with design, supply, legal, and other teams to deliver market-appropriate campaigns.
  • Operate and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance.
  • Own and manage marketing-related customer complaint tickets, ensuring timely resolution and collaboration with support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Develop, test, and iterate promotional mechanics and “hook deals” to drive campaign performance and conversions.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to HQ to improve campaign tools, processes, and mechanisms.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, interpret them into actionable insights, and continuously refine campaign strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaigns using quantitative frameworks.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • 3+ years of marketing campaign management experience, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • Fluent Mexican Spanish; strong English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and campaign management systems.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities from data.
  • Experience with promotional strategies, offers, or campaign mechanics.
  • Comfortable managing operational tasks like ticket handling while maintaining focus on campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
