Just imagine shaping digital experiences that connect kids, adults and families across CEEMEA and APAC. Then make it real.
As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll drive digital consumer engagement across LEGO® owned digital channels. You'll develop and execute marketing campaigns and content across LEGO.com, LEGO.com/kids, Fan Marketing, the LEGO Builder app, the LEGO Play app and Magazine experiences. Working closely with global and regional teams, you'll localise campaigns, publish content, optimise performance and turn insights into action. You'll help grow owned channels, strengthen marketing integration and support both CEEMEA and APAC markets.
This is a manager level Individual Contributor role. This role will be based in our Prague Sales Office. We offer a flexible hybrid working model known as Best of Both, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
If you've worked in a role where you owned campaigns from planning through post-campaign review, collaborated across regions and functions, and used data to shape recommendations, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing proven experience creating, publishing and optimising digital content while turning insights into meaningful action.
You'll join the Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing and Orchestration team within Marketing Development and Activation. The team creates engaging experiences across LEGO® owned digital channels and focuses on campaign execution, channel growth and connecting marketing activities. We work closely with markets and audiences across international regions. Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and analytical thinking help us succeed together. A proactive mindset is a must and the ability to work effectively across international environments are an important part of daily team life.
Success means delivering impactful regional campaigns, supporting content initiatives across CEEMEA and APAC, and using campaign insights to continuously improve future performance. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help drive continued growth across owned digital channels, deepen integration across LEGO experiences, expand localised content and support the growing role of fan marketing. You'll work closely with product owners, channel owners, regional and global marketing teams, and a broad network of internal and external collaborators.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
