HERE’S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE

We’re looking for a talented Campaign Manager to join our growing Global Marketing team and enhance our demand-gen marketing efforts delivering marketing initiatives that generate new sales pipeline and expand on existing opportunities within target accounts. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that will include sales collateral, digital media, events, webinars, thought leadership, and social.

Not only will you need an exceptional marketing planning background with an emphasis on interpreting customer needs into marketing opportunities and messaging, but also excellent executional skills to get it done.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Since you’re a team player, it will also mean working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Creative, Digital and Internal Clients to collaborate, identify, design, and implement effective, engaging campaigns. Working closely with our sales teams, you’ll play a key role in growing our ABM marketing function, an exciting and strategic area of focus for our business.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

  • Develop and deploy multi-channel demand-gen & ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution.
  • Strategize, create, and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration, including 1:1, 1: few and one: many initiatives to help achieve sales revenue goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to pull research on specific industry sectors, organizations, and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customized collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle.
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics.
  • Collaborate with ABM leadership team (sales and marketing interlock) to select key accounts.
  • Apply an experimental mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize.
  • Sales Support - develop strong relationships with account teams and customers. Act as the link between the sales team and global marketing, ensuring materials meet brand requirements and messaging is consistent.
  • ROI - measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall accounts and business goals.
  • Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations.
  • Document processes and best practices in our handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference

WHAT’LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in the services or technology industry.
  • Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars, and emails as well as content creation, having often had to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop, and repurpose, written sales and marketing copy.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate key business drivers to senior decision makers in a variety of industry sectors.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience of working closely with sales and product teams.
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan.
  • Team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and Pardot
