What You'll Be Doing

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring every initiative is insight-led, performance-driven, and flawlessly executed.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Creative, Category, Loyalty, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Merchandise, and agency partners to develop compelling go-to-market strategies that drive sales, strengthen brand engagement, and enhance the customer experience

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Translate customer insights and performance data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Drive campaign excellence through strong planning, execution, and optimisation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and agencies to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development of go-to-market campaign strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and performance learnings to inform campaign planning and channel strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver against key performance measures including customer engagement, transactions, and category growth.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Campaign Delivery & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving planning processes, workflows, and timelines.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and minimise execution risks.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Build trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Collaborate across Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Loyalty, Merchandise, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign integration.
  • Influence decision-making through clear communication, strategic recommendations, and data-driven insights.
  • Champion a customer-first approach across all campaign activity.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews, identifying key insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share learnings and performance trends to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Use campaign results to optimise future marketing activity and maximise ROI.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Create a high-performing, agile, and collaborative team environment.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support team members to achieve both business outcomes and career growth goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 7–10 years' experience in marketing campaign management, ideally within retail or consumer-facing industries.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding project management, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • A passion for delivering customer-centric marketing outcomes that drive measurable business results.
