Marketing Campaign Intern

We are seeking a passionate and talented Marketing Campaign Intern to join our team. The primary goal of this internship is to support with campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the setup and execution of a flagship internal brand initiative (e.g. a podcast or long-form content series), including research, coordination, documentation, and handover of processes

• Supporting partner marketing initiatives, including coordination with internal teams and external partners, and preparation of campaign materials
• Providing hands-on support for regional marketing operations, including maintaining trackers, documentation, and internal coordination for ongoing initiatives
• Conducting in-depth research to identify, validate, and consolidate customer references, case examples, and market inputs to support regional marketing efforts
• Building and maintaining structured lists and summaries of customers, partners, and accounts relevant to priority markets
• Supporting campaign execution with a strong focus on operational follow-through rather than creative output alone
• Managing assigned tasks independently once briefed, including following up with stakeholders and meeting deadlines
• Supporting ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as required, depending on business priorities

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

• Strong interest in writing, sustainability, and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write well-structured, clear, and engaging content.
• A love for reading and learning new concepts.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.

• Previous internship or portfolio in content writing or marketing.
• Knowledge of the energy and sustainability sectors.
