MARKETING CAMPAIGN LEAD ANALYST

Seeking Marketing Campaign Lead Analyst to work with country's largest lending-exclusive financial companies, proudly serving millions of customers with safe, affordable, and transparent installment loans. NOTE: locations could be either Wilmington, DE; Baltimore, MD; Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including event-triggered workflows, audience segmentation, and multi-channel orchestration across email, SMS, and push.
• Develop and maintain Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard workflows, including data ingestion, enrichment, targeting logic, and automated delivery processes.
• Create dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJO personalization blocks, ensuring scalable and reusable components across campaigns.
• Collaborate with data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AJO with enterprise data sources, configure schemas, define events, and ensure accurate real-time profile activation.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshooting workflow failures, optimizing delivery throughput, and ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and deliverability best practices.
