
We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to help bring marketing programs and campaigns to life across digital channels, events, social media, and sales enablement initiatives.
This role sits at the center of our marketing team and helps ensure campaigns move smoothly from planning through execution. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to coordinate deliverables, support campaign launches, create content, and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to take ownership. We can teach marketing systems and tools. What we're looking for is someone who can think critically, build relationships, communicate effectively, and help drive work forward.

Coordinate execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Support campaign launches across email, social, web, and events
Assist with audience management, campaign tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities
Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives
Work with internal subject matter experts to gather inputs and move campaigns forward
Own and maintain the LinkedIn publishing calendar
Draft and edit social media content, email copy, and campaign communications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging marketing content
Coordinate content reviews and approvals
Create and update PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, activation kits, and other sales-facing materials
Ensure sales teams have access to the latest campaign assets and messaging
Support campaign activation efforts in partnership with commercial teams
Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple marketing initiatives
Coordinate across marketing, sales, product, and leadership stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers
Help establish structure and accountability within a growing marketing organization
Support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and customer events
Coordinate logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up activities
Assist with sponsorship and event activation efforts
2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign coordination, business operations, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience creating professional PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations
Experience writing business communications, marketing content, social media posts, or email communications
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve
Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and teams
Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns
Experience working closely with sales teams
Experience managing LinkedIn content and social calendars
Experience supporting webinars, conferences, or events
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms
Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
Within your first year, you will:

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000, depending on experience and location.
