This position will focus on measuring and optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring marketing spend and bonuses are driven by clear ROI and player value insights.
YOUR IMPACT:
Analyze performance of acquisition campaigns (CPA, FTD conversion, LTV, NGR per FTD, payback period).
Evaluate promotion and bonus effectiveness, including incremental wagering, revenue impact, and potential abuse.
Support CRM/retention campaigns through player segmentation, cohort analysis, and churn insights.
Design and analyze A/B tests and marketing experiments
Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
3–6+ years in Marketing / Business / Data Analytics
Strong SQL and BI experience (Looker / BigQuery or similar).
Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and promotions
Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

The role should sit within the BI/Data team, working closely with the Acquisition and CRM Marketing teams
