Job Description

Our client is a U.S.-based healthcare organization focused on precision-driven, minimally invasive treatment solutions. They combine modern medical innovation with patient-centered care and are expanding their outreach efforts through strategic partnerships, brand-building initiatives, and referral development programs.

Your Role

As the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator, you'll support business growth initiatives by developing marketing assets, managing digital outreach, nurturing professional relationships, and maintaining operational excellence across marketing and sales processes.

Success in this role means generating new partnership opportunities, strengthening referral relationships, maintaining organized outreach systems, and helping execute high-impact growth strategies.

You’ll:

  • Create marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn and Instagram presence

  • Conduct outreach to prospective referral partners

  • Build relationships with professional stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications

  • Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes

You Bring:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

  • Experience in marketing, business development, or growth initiatives

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Experience working with CRM platforms

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Self-directed approach and strong follow-through

Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare, wellness, or medical services marketing experience

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM

  • Experience with Mailchimp, Apollo.io, or automation tools

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital lead generation

  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Meta Business Suite experience
