Our world-class, dynamic Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) department is looking for the right candidate to serve as the Coordinator for our Americas Litigation, Arbitration & Employment (LAE) practice. This position will sit in the Washington, D.C. office.
This position supports, plans, and executes the marketing and business development activities for the LAE Americas Practice by working closely with litigation, arbitration, and investigations lawyers in Hogan Lovells Americas region and other M&BD team members to help drive firm priorities and overall firm strategy.
The role is integral in helping to implement and drive forward programs supporting our Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment practice group priorities in the Americas and globally. The Coordinator’s responsibilities fall into three major areas of focus:

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. including lunch hour. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day working remotely from home.
In Washington, D.C., the annualized salary range for this position is $62,000 to $77,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
