The successful candidate will assist with pitches, presentations, directory submissions, awards and client communications, while maintaining CRM data and supporting newsletters, alerts and other targeted marketing initiatives. The role will also coordinate the marketing calendar, vendor invoices, client gifts and event materials, providing hands-on support for conferences and client events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• A strong written and verbal communicator with English language proficiency.
• A quick learner and self-starter, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Organized and able to manage and deliver to strict deadlines.
• Competent in the MS Office suite and have a good working knowledge of social media channels.
• Keen interest in marketing and business development trends.
