Job Description

As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our marketing organization make data-driven decisions. You will learn how to translate business needs into analytical insights, support optimization of the full marketing funnel, and contribute to strategies that improve performance and drive growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about data, marketing, and solving complex problems.

Job responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
  2. Document and prioritize business and functional requirements.
  3. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Marketing KPIs and performance.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  7. Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
  8. Assist in analyzing the funnel productivity, looking at measures like Conversion Rates, ROI, CAC and many more to help our marketing team reach their goals
  9. Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution.
  10. Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and project teams.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  1. Outstanding graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data/Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a different related field.
  2. Some experience with data analytics (student projects, internships, part-time roles, research work, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, SQL (comfort with learning more is essential).
  4. Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, ad platforms) — advantage
  5. Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Familiarity and some hands-on experience querying databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.) — advantage
  7. Familiarity and/or usage in AI tools (Chat GPT, Gemini, Notebook LM etc..) - Advantage
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex ideas clearly.
