Position: Marketing Brand Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid (with onsite visits as needed)
Location: Ortigas-based head office with studio branches in Rockwell, Alabang, Podium, and BGC

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Brand Manager to lead and strengthen brand execution across multiple studio locations. This role involves leading a small team and collaborating closely with internal departments to align marketing strategies with business goals, particularly in increasing community engagement and class attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns

• Oversee content creation and graphic design initiatives

• Strengthen and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms

• Plan and implement strategies to boost class participation and engagement

• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management

• Preferably with a background or strong interest in health, wellness, or fitness industries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• Strong time management skills and a dependable work ethic
