We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Marketing Automation Specialist will involve:

  • Responsibilities

    • Design and optimize customer journeys and nurturing workflows focused on acquisition and conversion.
    • Translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
    • Manage and prioritize the automation roadmap in coordination with technical and business teams.
    • Design and optimize landing pages and forms under CRO and data quality criteria.
    • Coordinate the definition of tracking and data structure for effective measurement.
    • Analyze results (email, workflows, landing pages), define KPIs, and lead experimentation initiatives (A/B testing).
    • Ensure proper integration between Marketing Automation, CRM, and the rest of the digital ecosystem (CDP, GA4).

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing.
    • Experience in configuring workflows, advanced segmentation, and trigger logic.
    • Experience with Marketing Automation tools, ideally within the Adobe ecosystem (Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Marketo, AEM), or equivalent platforms such as HubSpot.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) and data integration.
    • Experience in digital analytics (GA4 or others) and CRO and experimentation methodologies (A/B Tasty, Adobe Target).
    • Advanced level of English.
    • Analytical profile, results-oriented, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
