Business Liaison

  • Facilitate communication between the digital operations team and business stakeholders, ensuring strong bi-directional collaboration and partnership. Identify unique business needs and support to ensure digital operations services remain relevant and valuable to the region's business.
  • Provide business and digital operation leaders with regular updates on all matters related to marketing automation including project status and performance updates.
  • Provide education and training to regional and local business stakeholders on matters related to digital operations marketing automation services, processes, technology and platforms.
  • Work closely with digital operations planners to ensure that demand is well planned, prioritized, and handed over in a completed and ready state.
  • Provide training and support to marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure effective use of the marketing automation platform. This involves conducting training sessions, creating documentation and user guides, and addressing any technical issues or questions that arise.
  • Ensure 3M’s compliance guidelines are upheld working with ASIA compliance lead and marketing automation leads to identify risks within the process and seek to provide resolutions to these risks.

Campaign Architect

  • Support the design and creation of marketing automation campaigns to ensure they achieve the business and marketing objectives. This includes creating lead nurturing workflows, designing customer journeys, implementing triggered emails, personalizing content based on customer behaviour, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders on campaign ideation and design, supporting the transition of these ideas into briefs. You will be responsible for configuring workflows, supporting the creation of personalized templates, consulting on lead scoring models, and implementing data tracking mechanisms.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data to enable optimization and improve overall results. This includes implementing tracking mechanisms, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating reports to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
  • Consult on segment design, creation, and maintenance. You will be responsible for consulting on the creation of segmentation models to target specific customer groups with personalized campaigns.
  • Provide consultation to both marketing automation builder and business stakeholders on complex building processes such as customization, building approach and platform capabilities

Martech Regional Support - Platform and Process Adoption

  • Evaluate new technology and platform functionality to identify fits within each business and collaborate with GMC and MTDE on best practices.
  • Manage area technology deployment projects, including project readiness, business stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and monitoring and tracking.
  • Collaborate with the service pillar lead and global process owner to ensure new technology and functionality are deployed and adopted successfully, including internal training and education for digital operations stakeholders.
  • Serve as the SME for platform functionality related to specific business needs, providing support to the business for any technical issues and ensuring digital operations processes support business needs by providing feedback and recommendations to improve the overall experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience (Required)

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing operations, or a martech-related role

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Eloqua, including workflows, program canvas, segmentation, lead scoring, forms, and landing pages

  • Proven experience in campaign performance measurement and reporting

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in campaign design, including lead nurturing, customer journey mapping, triggered emails, and content personalization

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic scripting for email and landing page customization

Business & Functional Skills

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Proven consulting and advisory skills to guide stakeholders through complex build processes and platform capabilities

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across both business and technical teams

  • Excellent bi-directional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Experience

  • Experience deploying new platform functionality and driving process adoption across teams

  • Experience working within a global matrix organisation

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Skilled in data segmentation, lead scoring model design, and database management

  • Familiarity with data tracking mechanisms, UTM parameters, and KPI reporting frameworks

  • Working knowledge of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and lead lifecycle management

  • Basic knowledge of JS for Landing page customization

Functional Skills

  • Training and enablement experience, including creating documentation, user guides, and delivering training sessions

  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables

  • Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PDPA, CAN-SPAM)
