We are looking for a tech savvy marketeer to join our teamat Flutter UK & IrelandAs a member of ourCustomer Engagementteam, we want you to put automation at the heart of our workflow processes and drive forward our AI /automation capabilities across keycustomermarketing channels to improve efficiency, targeting, optimisation and campaign delivery.

The Marketing Automation Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimisation of customer engagement initiatives across CRM channels and onsite digital touchpoints. This role helps deliver personalised, data-driven communications that improve customer experience, drive retention, and increase lifetime value.

The successful candidate will work with the widerCustomer Engagement, Marketing Operations and CRM teams within the brandsto best apply operational excellence across key toolingand workflowpartners in the delivery of our marketing programme across brands and verticals.

What you’ll do

• Build, deploy and optimise automated customer journeys across email, push, SMS, and onsite personalisation tools.

• Manage CRM campaign execution, including segmentation, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

• Maintain and improve marketing automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy, trigger logic, and operational efficiency.

• Support onsite messaging and personalisation, working with product and web teams to implement targeted onsite modules and experiments.

• Monitor performance metrics and customer behaviour trends, providing insights to improve engagement and conversion.

How you’ll do it:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Communications or Applied Computer Science (preferred)

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital engagement roles.

• Exposure to marketing automation& CRMplatforms with familiarity of basic marketing metrics(e.g., Bloomreach, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar).

• Exposure tomarketingtooling and automation solutions (Content Management Systems, Content Management platforms, CRM)

• Experience building or supportingcontentcreation and customer journeyat scale

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and operating systems
