Job Description

Marketing Automation Officer
The Role: We are seeking a Marketing Automation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage and maintain the company’s marketing automation platform, ensuring its full potential is utilised for executing multi-channel campaigns effectively.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Develop, implement and maintain automated multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the relevant teams
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Assist in managing and cleaning data
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices and industry developments 
  • Build and test flows and content per channel
  • Conduct thorough tests to assure the quality of new and existing campaigns
  • Coordinate with Content and Translation teams
  • Document and maintain platform processes and procedures

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in marketing or related field
  • 2 year experience as a Marketing Automation Officer , or proven experience in a similar role
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Automation platforms and how they work
  • Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Very good written and verbal skills in English
