We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Automation Interns to join our team. As a Marketing Automation Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various aspects of marketing automation campaigns, lead generation, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing automation team in the setup and management of marketing automation platforms.
Assist in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, writing copy, and scheduling campaigns.
Assist in building targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behaviors and preferences.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Assist in creating and updating marketing collateral, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Collaborate and assist the marketing team in coming up with strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Provide administrative support for marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in IT is required.
Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing automation, and data analytics.
Understanding of basic marketing principles and concepts.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, FreshWorks, Salesforce, MailChimp, Apollo, Marketo, or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
