About the Role
The company is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing systems supporting its education and advisory platform. This person will work closely with leadership and operations, inheriting an existing marketing infrastructure that includes funnels, campaigns, content systems, email marketing, and CRM processes.
The role combines execution and strategic optimization across content, funnels, email marketing, automation, paid media testing, and audience growth. A major focus of the position is leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive marketing operations and improve scalability.

The current technology stack includes Claude & Claude Cowork, GoHighLevel, Monday CRM, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Requirements

5+ years of experience managing direct response marketing campaigns targeting individual buyers.

Experience marketing digital products, coaching programs, memberships, live events, or advisory services.
Native-level English fluency.
Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms, including active experimentation and workflow automation.
Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, funnel management, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, CRM systems, social media tools, and paid advertising platforms.
Availability to maintain at least a four-hour overlap with U.S. Central Time.
