Job Description

An international organisation is looking for a technically driven Marketing Automation Developer to support the development and optimisation of digital marketing technologies, CRM workflows, and customer engagement systems. The role combines email development, marketing technology integration, automation, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

You will work closely with marketing, IT, CRM, and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience across multiple channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive HTML email templates and digital marketing communications

• Build scalable technical solutions aligned with evolving marketing and business objectives

• Work with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital tools to optimise campaign performance and customer engagement

• Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and operational teams on integrated digital initiatives

• Support implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of marketing technology systems and workflows

• Contribute to automation, system integration, and data flow processes across multiple platforms and channels

• Ensure consistency, performance, responsiveness, and functionality across email campaigns and digital assets

• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and overall marketing operations

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering, integrations, and campaign execution

• Stay up to date with emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email development

• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, CMS platforms, experience management software, and mobile tracking technologies

• Understanding of marketing automation workflows and system integration concepts

• Ability to work across multiple digital channels to improve customer engagement and business performance

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities within fast-paced environments

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset

• Passion for technology, innovation, and scalable digital solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
