Job Description
We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team full-time with a permanent contract at our Genk hub.
At Dignify, we're passionate about marketing automation and dedicated to creating connected, personalized customer experiences for leading brands across Europe. As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, building and optimizing automated customer journeys, campaigns and integrations across a variety of marketing technology platforms.
What we're looking for
You have:
- Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Selligent or Braze
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
- Experience building email templates, landing pages, customer journeys and campaign automations
- Understanding of customer data, segmentation and personalization concepts
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations and data flows between systems
- A getting-things-done mentality, eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic experience with at least one backend language such as PHP, Python or .NET
- Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js or React is considered a plus
What you'll do
- Build innovative and future-proof marketing automation solutions for enterprise clients across Europe
- Design and implement personalized customer journeys, triggers and automation flows
- Develop and maintain email templates, landing pages and dynamic content experiences
- Work with customer data, segmentation and personalization strategies
- Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CDP and other business systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Challenge the status quo and continuously improve systems, processes and campaign performance
- Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to colleagues and clients
- Bring a positive attitude, curiosity and sense of humor to the workplace
