About the Role
As a Marketing Automation Campaign & Journey Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and orchestrating customer journeys across multiple channels. You will map, build, and optimize touchpoints to deliver a seamless, personalized experience that drives engagement throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Design, execute and optimize use cases across all stages of the customer lifecycle with overall responsibility for the customer journey and experience.
Collaborate with central and local marketers for content and targeting.
Continuous testing, personalization and user experience optimization.
Design and launch automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Journey Builder for all available channels and potential external integrations.
Localize and adapt journey content to reflect market specific needs.
Initiate and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content and timing.
Monitor engagement KPIs and propose journey optimizations regularly.
Craft and execute email and personalized onsite banner campaigns.
What You bring
Required knowledge
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and best practices for designing engaging, end-to-end customer journeys.
In-depth knowledge of SFMC Journey Builder (or comparable journey orchestration tools) and its application across multiple channels.
Familiarity with segmentation strategies, data flows and event- or behavior-based triggers for personalized campaign execution.
Working knowledge of dynamic content personalization methods, such as AMP script or similar scripting approaches.
Awareness of A/B testing methodologies for subject lines, content and timing.
Understanding of user experience principles and how to translate them into personalized and customer-focused communications.
Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and engagement KPIs to monitor, report and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Required skills
Strong experience designing and implementing customer journeys and omnichannel campaigns.
Experience with SFMC Journey Builder (or equivalent tools).
Familiarity with segmentation, data flows, event / behavioral triggers.
Some technical skills for dynamic content scripting and integrations.
Analytical mindset, good at diagnosing performance issues.
Good UX / customer experience understanding.
