
The North Face EMEA are looking for an outstanding Marketing Associate, Retail Production (Maternity Cover 1 year) to join our Marketing team of The North Face in our European Headquarter in Stabio, Switzerland.
Let's talk about the role
The Marketing Associate, Retail Production is responsible for supporting all functions and aspects of the The North Face Go To Market process from season’s launch until the in store execution building on the consumer experience driven by Purpose and Creative Vision, across The North Face 4 walls environments.
The selected candidate will also take care of external communications as main point of contact for Retail Marketing campaign executions and bespoke retail projects(seasonal windows, store customizations, POP material, instore videos, store takeover), as well as coordinating external agencies and vendors in order to deliver all the seasonal campaigns on time and on budget with strong focus of retail marketing briefing to brand team, collecting input from operations, product merchandising and visual merchandising team, in collaboration with the Creative Environment Coordinator. Internal communications with Brand Team/ Creative Team/ Retail Team/ Global Team from brief creation to project share out and final report is also a key task to deal with.

Windows & POP
Store Environment including both images and digital contents
Sale, Seasonal Graphics, and commercial POS
Special projects
Retail activation communication
Overseeing the production phase to ensure that all the assets are delivered on time and on budget
Briefing the seasonal assets creation for EMEA Region working close with Global team, VM, Brand, Creative and Retail Operation Managers to develop the Seasonal Toolkit and to supporting VM guidelines.
Prototype phase: support of prototype phase taking into consideration sustainable choices as well as costs.
Production phase: responsible of order forms preparation and artworks production for roll out
Monitoring the whole production process with particular focus on timings, costs, and sustainability to ensure all vendors in areas relating to Windows, POP, POS are committed to roll out programs on time and on budget with particular attention to sustainable choices.
Newsletter: responsible to provide monthly report about window & POP overview, including relevant data.
Administrative task
Monitor and ensure Managed Creative Environment budget and invoicing is driven effectively and appropriately.
Maintain up to date budget sheets for all development projects and provide monthly updates and reports on all such projects, timed actions, and visits.
Responsible for regular project updates and reports.
Skills for Success
Degree in Design, Architecture or Marketing.
A minimum of 3/5 years’ experience of Project Management, Production processes, Tender processes and purchasing, Creative Development, Trade Marketing, Visual Communication / Visual Merchandising, working with external vendors and agencies is required preferably within the branded apparel or footwear industries.
Solid experience on Project Management supporting production processes, tender processes and purchasing.
Demonstrate creative and technical design ability, competent in suitable visual packages and presentations
Sound knowledge of high-end retail brand environments.
Digital and brand marketing experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. A proven ability to work independently is required.
English is mandatory; an additional European language would be highly desirable.
Proficiency in Office Package (Power point and Excel), Key Notes, Adobe Creative Pack is required.
Strong capabilities in fast problem solving and organizational skills for managing many projects simultaneously.
