Job Description

About WebPros

WebPros is committed to empowering businesses worldwide through cutting-edge solutions in web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management, and online marketing. Since our founding in 2017, we've rapidly grown into a global leader, expanding our robust portfolio to include industry-defining brands such as cPanel & WHM, Plesk, WHMCS, SolusVM, XOVI, SocialBee, Sitejet and Comet Backup.

Today, we power 85 million+ websites across 900,000+ servers worldwide, backed by a 650+ strong team of dedicated professionals spanning multiple continents At WebPros, we embrace a fully remote, borderless workplace with a focus on flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. Whether you prefer working from a bustling city hub or a quiet home office, we enable our teams to thrive from anywhere while staying deeply connected through our strong collaborative culture.

What We Do

Comet Backup builds fast, secure, and flexible backup software for IT service providers, MSPs, and hosting partners around the world. Our platform powers thousands of protected endpoints across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments — giving partners full control over their customers' data, infrastructure, and margins.

We believe backup should be vendor-agnostic, infrastructure-flexible, predictable and transparent in pricing, and built for service providers — not around them.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, and go-to-market activities. This role is well-suited to someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to build hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines.

You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, contributing to campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and growth for WebPros brands — while developing your skills in a fully remote, async-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market launches — Coordinate timelines, gather assets, and help ensure consistent messaging across channels when new features or products go live.
  • Execute demand generation campaigns — Work alongside Growth and Content teams to produce and distribute campaigns grounded in real customer needs, maintaining consistency across the website, email, and social channels.
  • Maintain sales and partner enablement materials — Keep battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and other sales-facing assets up to date so teams can always access accurate, current content.
  • Apply messaging frameworks — Use established positioning and messaging frameworks to ensure all outbound content and collateral stays on-brand and on-message for the relevant audience.
  • Gather and synthesize market insights — Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer feedback to produce concise summaries that inform team decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing tasks — Liaise between Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure projects move forward and nothing falls through the gaps.
  • Keep internal marketing assets organised — Maintain documentation, templates, and shared resources so the wider team can find and reuse what they need with ease.

Your Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (internship or full-time), ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong written communication skills — you can simplify complex topics and write clearly for different audiences
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing quality
  • Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working across teams and are comfortable with ambiguity

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, CMS platforms)
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, hosting, infrastructure, or technology products
  • Experience supporting content creation, campaign coordination, or event logistics
  • Basic understanding of demand generation or go-to-market concepts

Your Impact in the First 120 Days

Days 1–30 — Learn & Integrate

  • Complete onboarding and immerse yourself in WebPros’ brands, products, and marketing tools
  • Meet stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand team dynamics and workflows
  • Review existing marketing assets, campaigns, and messaging frameworks to identify where you can contribute quickly

Days 31–60 — Contribute & Collaborate

  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating a set of sales enablement or campaign assets
  • Contribute actively to at least one live campaign or product launch, supporting execution from brief to delivery
  • Begin producing regular competitive or market insight summaries for the team

Days 61–90 — Take Ownership

  • Independently coordinate a campaign or project workstream end-to-end with light oversight
  • Deliver a first round of refreshed or newly created marketing collateral that is ready for use by Sales or Partner teams
  • Show clear understanding of the messaging frameworks and apply them consistently in your work

Days 91–120 — Drive Growth

  • Proactively identify gaps or improvement opportunities in existing marketing assets or processes and propose solutions
  • Demonstrate measurable contribution to team output: campaigns shipped, assets produced, insights delivered
  • Show alignment with WebPros values and establish yourself as a reliable, collaborative member of the marketing team

You Might Thrive Here If You…

  • Enjoy working in a remote, async-first environment and can manage your time without daily check-ins
  • Get energised by variety — you’re comfortable switching between campaign execution, content updates, and cross-functional coordination
  • Are curious about how products are marketed to technical and business audiences and want to learn fast
  • Move quickly, write clearly, and would rather ship something good than wait for perfect
  • Are comfortable working with ambiguity and asking questions when you need clarity

You Might Struggle Here If You…

  • Need detailed top-down briefs and close supervision to get started on tasks
  • Prefer to focus on one narrow marketing channel rather than supporting across multiple areas
  • Find it difficult to adapt when priorities shift or projects evolve mid-flight
  • Measure your success by the volume of output rather than the quality and impact of your contributions
  • Are uncomfortable working across Product, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders

Our Culture

WebPros is built on diversity — not just in principle but by design. We’ve grown through acquiring industry-leading brands, bringing together teams from 42+ nationalities, 20+ countries, and 10+ brands. Compensation & Benefits

We believe benefits go beyond just perks. At WebPros, we invest in your growth, flexibility, and well-being, so you can do your best work and build a meaningful career. While we strive to provide equal global benefits for all team members, some may vary by location, and we’ll clarify the details with you during the interview process.

  • Competitive salary
  • Remote-first flexibility: Work from anywhere in Europe (or hybrid in available offices)
  • Learning Support: Udemy subscription & peer learning
  • Public Transport & Meal Vouchers: Location-dependent benefits
  • Paid Time Off: 20+ days of annual leave
  • Team Culture: Regular team and on-site company events

Interview Process

  1. Screening Interview (30 min): An informal conversation with Radostina Maneva, your Talent Partner, designed to get to know you better. We’ll discuss your background, motivations, and career aspirations while providing a clear overview of WebPros, the team structure, and what you can expect throughout the hiring process. This is your chance to ask questions and ensure the role aligns with your professional goals.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview (45 min): Discussion with Sruthi Yalaka to assess team fit, self-reliance, alignment with marketing fundamentals, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Technical & Culture Interview (60 min): Deep dive into your marketing knowledge, communication skills, and adaptability.

Our Commitment to a Diverse & Inclusive Culture

At WebPros, we want every team member to feel excited to bring their full, authentic self to work. Our strength lies in the diversity of our people, with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences driving innovation and making us stronger together.

We are committed to ensuring equitable opportunities, pay, and support for all employees, regardless of identity, background, or circumstances. We foster a culture of belonging, respect, and psychological safety, where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute meaningfully and grow.

Discrimination of any kind — including sexism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and ageism — has no place here. By embracing differences and championing inclusivity, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.

We are looking forward to your application!
