As a highly versatile Marketing Associate, this individual provides critical execution skills to the Marketing department, taking ownership of essential day-to-day tasks across all aspects of the marketing job function including campaigns, graphic design, copywriting, desktop publishing, digital marketing, analytics, trade shows, video, social media, AI, CRM, and sales support.
Key responsibilities
Design & Content Creation: Assists in desktop publishing, creating graphics, infographics, video clips and general social media content development/management.
Product Marketing: Accountable for design and administration of equipment decals and faceplates, sell sheets and manuals.
Marketing Collateral: Accountable for print on demand portal, print fulfillment, and associated administrative duties for the US and Canada.
Web & Digital Support: Executes content updates to company websites. Assist with digital marketing, SEO and reporting to track campaign performance.
Marketing Automation & AI: Hyper-personalization, and predictive insights. Leverage AI for efficiency, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, data analysis and automation.
CRM Support & Sales Enablement: Assisting as needed with CRM-related field support such as quoting errors, importing leads, and lead qualification. Assist with inter-company marketing initiatives.
Event Coordination & Operations: Responsible for tradeshow administration and event coordination. Handles administrative tasks such as credit card receipt management.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
2–5 years of hands-on marketing experience
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, ad platforms, social media platforms, and data analytics.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce), WordPress.
Experience with D365 Commerce/Sitebuilder is highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
