Position: Marketing Associate- Leading Tech Company

Our client is seeking a passionate and talented Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll invoke your creativity together with a data-driven approach to craft and execute impactful marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with customer success, business development, product, and design teams to spearhead groundbreaking marketing approaches that set new standards in the B2B payment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Jointly develop marketing strategies and OKRs aligned with client's objectives
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum ROI
• Initiate and manage marketing campaigns to support company goals
• Evaluate and manage media presence across platforms, including community and KOLs outreach
• Assist in marketing activities and marketing materials (Event, POSM, Etc.)
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide new approaches to improve marketing effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI
• Analyze website traffic using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and provide actionable insight to improve website content
• Drive new product & feature marketing, new marketing initiatives according to plan

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech, financial services, or B2B sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including performance marketing, content marketing, channel management, and campaign management
• Creative and analytical thinking with proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media management platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
