
The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Manager by creating engaging graphic and video content for digital marketing activities. The role focuses on executing creative assets for campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives while maintaining consistent brand communication.
Design high-quality graphics for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials
Create, edit, and format short-form videos for digital platforms
Adapt creative assets into different sizes and formats for various channels
Support the execution of marketing campaigns with required creative materials
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
Manage multiple creative requests and meet agreed timelines
Implement feedback and revisions quickly and accurately
Assist with content planning and preparation for social media posts
Track and organize creative assets for easy access and reuse
Stay updated on basic social media and content trends to improve output
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members when required
2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video content creation
Strong skills in graphic design and video editing tools
Experience creating digital and social media content
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management and attention to detail
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Real-world experience with digital marketing campaigns and branding strategy
Exposure to content development, storytelling, community engagement, and performance reporting
