About the Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will play a key role in building and implementing tactical marketing plans that align with our strategic vision. This role is responsible for managing brand assets, executing marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance to drive business growth. Working closely with the marketing manager, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure our marketing efforts are impactful, consistent, and compliant.

The successful applicant will:

  • Manage collateral and marketing items to support the product portfolio.
  • Support product/device launches with promotional tools, campaign assets, and execution coordination.
  • Assist with webinars (setup, invitations, eblasts) and digital advertising campaigns (META, HubSpot, Instagram).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
  • Assist in developing event agendas, presentations, demonstrations, and registration processes.
  • Attend and support events (setup, AV, run-of-day, takedown).
  • Contribute to personal and corporate development plans, reviewing KPIs and career growth opportunities.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or marketing support.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe experience an asset.
  • Effective project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles.
  • Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
