In this role, you’ll assist with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and marketing coordination—playing a key part in how we engage and inspire our community.

🎨 What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Design
- Assist in creating social media graphics, email content, and print materials
- Ensure all content aligns with YMCA brand standards and messaging
📱 Social Media & Market Research
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages
- Track analytics and report insights to the marketing team
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activity
📊 Marketing & Administrative Support
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Draft press releases and marketing materials for review
- Assist with brainstorming content ideas and media outreach
- Coordinate meetings, maintain marketing calendars, and support scheduling
- Organize and manage digital assets and marketing files

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Experience or coursework in social media, content creation, or marketing communications preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute ideas
