Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. Your role includes but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and boost sales.

• Collaborate closely with tenants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless implementation of marketing activities.

• Manage external partners to meet quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.

• Provide assistance to tenants and vendors on marketing and promotional matters.

• Help manage the mall’s loyalty program, including member engagement, redemption activities, and campaign support.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities
