We’re looking for a creative, organized and proactive Part Time Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Team across content creation, social media, campaign coordination and brand activity. If you love storytelling, visuals and staying on top of trends, this role is a great fit.
⭐ What You’ll Do
📄 Support content creation across social media, blogs and digital channels
📄 Capture and edit photos and videos for use across web and social platforms
📄 Assist with planning, scheduling and tracking marketing campaigns
📄 Help manage digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance
📄 Use data and analytics to improve content and campaign effectiveness
📄 Create, proofread and edit copy to ensure brand consistency
📄 Coordinate with external partners and internal teams on marketing projects
📄 Conduct market research and help identify emerging trends
📄 Support general marketing tasks and special projects as required
🎓 Education
📘 Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field
💡 What You’ll Bring
💼 Strong foundation of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
💼 Working knowledge of DSLR and mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Nikon, etc.) including basic lighting and composition
💼 Adaptability and strong organization skills
💼 Excellent attention to detail and communication
💼 Confident problem solver with a proactive mindset
📌 Working Conditions
🖥️ Normal office environment
🖥️ Mostly desk based
🖥️ Occasional light lifting under 25 lbs
🖥️ Approx. 10 percent travel to event sites when required
