Job Description

Kwanii is currently in search of a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant Intern to join the team. This role provides hands-on experience in diverse marketing aspects, including crafting creative campaigns, and managing social media accounts. The intern will collaborate closely with seasoned marketing professionals, gaining insights into the latest trends and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Create copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collaterals
• Generating creative ideas for blogs and campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts
• Conduct market research and analyze data
• Assist with website maintenance and SEO
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Must-haves:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal/public relations skills
• Extremely organized, especially with digital collaboration tools like MS Outlook
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Creative with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan

Nice to haves:

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Advertising, or related program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with social media platforms
• Knowledgeable in market analysis and research on competition
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, and takes initiative
• Possesses a growth mindset, always seeking to learn and improve.
