About the Role

Our Marketing Assistants work alongside founders, marketing teams, and brand leaders to support content creation, social media management, email marketing, campaigns, and general marketing operations.

We look for individuals who are proactive, resourceful, thoughtful, dependable, critical thinkers, and willing to outwork everyone around them.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
  • Support email marketing workflows and newsletters
  • Conduct research for trends, competitors, and audience insights
  • Create or assist with marketing collateral in tools like Canva
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, or DMs
  • Coordinate campaigns, launches, and marketing timelines
  • Track metrics and prepare simple reports
  • Maintain brand consistency across channels

Non-Negotiables:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing support, social media, or content creation
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva and other design tool
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms
  • Able to take initiative without micromanagement
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, responsible, and deadline-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems fast
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
