Activities

Activities

This role is suited to someone who enjoys creative marketing, clear communication and working with others. It offers the chance to develop practical experience across content creation, digital marketing, internal communications, events and supplier coordination, with support from the wider team.

Creative Design & Content Creation

  • Create engaging marketing assets using Canva, PlayPlay or similar tools, in line with TotalEnergies brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to email campaigns, presentations, promotional materials and point-of-sale assets.
  • Support the creation and editing of video content for internal and external communications.
  • Assist with the delivery of business-to-business and consumer marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Create, schedule and publish content across social media channels.
  • Monitor engagement and campaign performance, sharing clear updates and reports with the team.
  • Support influencer, manufacturer, distributor and partnership marketing activities.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Help deliver internal communications through Viva Engage and other internal channels.
  • Coordinate internal events, engagement activities and awareness campaigns with support from colleagues.
  • Contribute to CSR, sustainability, innovation, university engagement and wellbeing programmes.

Merchandise, Print & Supplier Management

  • Build positive working relationships with merchandise, print and promotional suppliers.
  • Help maintain the merchandise webshop, including stock checks and product updates.
  • Coordinate branded merchandise, print requirements and promotional materials.
  • Support budget tracking, order management and supplier follow-up.

Manufacturer, Distributor & Customer Marketing Support

  • Support manufacturer, distributor and customer marketing activities.
  • Help coordinate marketing collateral, merchandise and promotional campaigns.
  • Contribute to joint marketing initiatives and partnership opportunities.

Exhibitions & Events

  • Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows and customer events.
  • Help organise the annual TotalEnergies Dinner Dance and other internal events.
  • Assist with event reporting, feedback and follow-up activities.

Team Collaboration & Administration

  • Work collaboratively with sales teams, stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support administration, budget tracking and project coordination activities.
  • Be a helpful point of contact for marketing support requests, with guidance from the wider team.

Candidate Profile

Qualification & Experience Required

  • Essential: Interest in marketing, communications, creative content or events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A positive approach to learning, contributing ideas and working in a supportive team environment.
  • Desirable: Relevant degree, qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or a related area.
  • Experience using Canva, PlayPlay, social media tools or similar creative platforms would be helpful, but training and support can be provided
