The Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our national marketing team and our local swim schools in WA, as Kirby Swim transitions to Carlile Swim this month, helping bring campaigns to life and strengthen our connection with families in each community.

Working closely with the Group Marketing & Communications Manager and wider team, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns, content and local centre initiatives.

This is a hands-on support role with real variety. You’ll be working across campaigns, content, events and internal communications, helping bring consistency and creativity to everything we deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Assist with the execution of group marketing campaigns across integrated channels
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support delivery

Centre & Local Marketing

• Manage & support swim schools with local marketing campaign, requests and communications
• Adapt campaign materials for different centres
• Assist the centres in helping build community connections and local engagement opportunities

Content & Digital

• Working closely with the Social Media & Content Assistant to create local content at the WA centres
• Assist with social media monitoring and community engagement
• Help manage digital assets website updates

Internal Communications

• Assist with internal newsletters, team stories and recognition content

Events & Partnerships

• Support the coordination of local events, sponsorships and community activations
• Assist with on-the-ground marketing support when required

Administration & Reporting

• Support campaign tracking and reporting
• Maintain marketing assets, databases and contact lists
• Provide general admin support including supplier coordination

About You:

You are organised, pro-active and enjoy working across a mix of creative and operational tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You bring:

• Experience in marketing, communications or a related field
• A marketing or advertising related degree is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
