We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for our marketing activities and contribute to the implementation of projects supporting our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Business Unit Manager and Product Managers in implementing marketing activities and projects.
• Support the organization and logistical coordination of congresses, conferences, symposia, and other marketing events.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies and external suppliers on the development and production of promotional materials.
• Manage marketing-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and invoices.
• Monitor marketing project budgets and expenses and prepare related analyses.
• Maintain records of promotional materials and coordinate their distribution to the field force.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to support the implementation of marketing projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• University degree.
• Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or project coordination role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
