About the Role

In this permanent role, you will work closely with an experienced Senior Brand Manager, supporting the execution of marketing initiatives for a prestigious beauty brand. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of brand management while learning from industry experts.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate, or someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of your Brand Manager, you will:

• Coordinate and maintain marketing launch and promotional calendars
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for strategy meetings and conferences
• Manage product administration including setup, pricing, and retailer order forms
• Assist with forecasting, lifecycle management, and logistics tracking
• Prepare and submit product imagery, advertising copy, and campaign briefs
• Support the execution of promotional activations, including in-store displays, pop-ups, and events
• Assist in preparing sales analysis, reports, and brand performance insights
• Provide general administrative and team support

About You

You are committed to developing your career in Marketing (Brand Management) and want to learn from the best. You have:

• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to ask questions and learn from experience
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (assessment will be conducted)
• A genuine passion for marketing and the beauty industry
• A qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
