NOW HIRING: MARKETING ASSOCIATE
We're hiring a Marketing Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for a growing team in Houston, Tx. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Create, update, and coordinate marketing materials and digital content
Support social media, email marketing, and other marketing activities
Conduct market research and assist with campaign reporting and data analysis
Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and digital assets
Coordinate marketing projects, events, and promotional activities
Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Collaborate with internal teams to support company branding and business development efforts
Assist with additional marketing projects and special assignments as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Previous marketing, administrative, internship, or related experience preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and marketing analytics is a plus
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
