As part of our Product, Procurement, Marketing and Training (PROMPT) team, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable exposure to a broad range of business functions.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for 3 months (20 hours per week)with flexible working hours between Monday and Friday, 9am–5pm.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role has been created to support the growing needs of our marketing team and provide hands-on experience for a student looking to build practical workplace skills. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Design and Digital Coordinator, Sales Team and other internal stakeholders while gaining exposure to multiple areas of marketing.

As Marketing Assistant, you will help support the day-to-day operations of the marketing team by:

• Maintaining data quality within HubSpot CRM, including record updates, data cleansing and list management.
• Supporting the Sales Team by preparing and distributing brochures, catalogues, POS and other marketing materials.
• Coordinating marketing collateral, inventory management and print production with external suppliers.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of trade shows, conferences and internal events.
• Monitoring the marketing inbox and providing support with website updates, social media scheduling and general marketing administration.
