Marketing Assistant/Coordinator – Job Spec

We are hiring a Marketing Assistant / Coordinator to support the delivery of
marketing campaigns, content and events across a global, multi-brand business.
This is an entry-level, execution-focused role designed for someone highly
organised, proactive and keen to build a career in marketing.
Key responsibilities
Campaign & content coordination
ï· Support the setup and delivery of marketing campaigns across email,
LinkedIn and events
ï· Build, schedule and coordinate organic LinkedIn posts
ï· Support email campaigns using Mailchimp (builds, scheduling, QA)
ï· Repurpose content into simple visual assets using Canva
ï· Coordinate inputs, approvals and timelines to keep campaigns moving
Events & activations
ï· Support event setup and promotion using Eventbrite
ï· Manage attendee communications and follow-ups
ï· Assist with internal and external marketing activations
ï· Operational marketing support
ï· Maintain campaign trackers, calendars and delivery plans
ï· Support communication between marketing, consultants and sales teams
ï· Chase inputs, manage dependencies and ensure deadlines are met
ï· Help ensure consistency of marketing activity across brands and regions
Stakeholder interaction
ï· Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Specialist
ï· Interact directly with consultants and sales teams
ï· Act as a coordination point between marketing and the wider business
Requirements
Candidate profile
We are looking for candidates with:
ï· 1 - 3 Years in a marketing & operations support role - doing lots of admin heavy tasks, posting on social pages, Creating & working on exisiting Canva templates
ï· Strong organisational and coordination skills
ï· Excellent attention to detail
ï· Clear, confident communication skills
ï· A proactive, reliable and delivery-focused mindset
ï· Comfort working remotely as part of an international team
ï· An interest in marketing, business growth and campaign delivery
Suitable for graduates or early-career candidates looking to build hands-on
marketing experience.
