Job Description

More.com offers a pan-european ticketing marketplace with 14 years of experience, thousands of clients, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, More.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 5 countries.

At More.com, our mission is to offer the most advanced ticketing platform with unprecedented agility and cutting-edge technology while providing an amazing experience both to our customers and our event producers. We don't just market events, we help bring them to life.

The Team

Our Marketing team lives at the intersection of digital and physical. We run the campaigns that get people excited online, and then we make sure that same energy shows up in the real world: on banners at sold-out games, at activations inside partner venues, and in the sponsorship relationships we hold with clients across Europe.

About the role

In this role you'll be helping shape a campaign that gets people excited online and you'll be making sure our brand shows up big at the venues and sports clubs we partner with. If you love the idea of seeing your work everywhere, in a campaign that converts and on a banner at a game, this is the role for you. You'll work closely with our digital marketing, design, and business development teams throughout.

What you'll do

Digital marketing & performance campaigns

  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Track basic KPIs (spend, CTR, CPA, conversions) and flag underperformance.
  • Help implement adjustments under guidance from the performance team.

Creative briefing & design collaboration

  • Write clear, basic creative briefs for the design team based on campaign or partnership needs.
  • Ensure creative outputs align with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate revisions between stakeholders and designers.

Sponsorship & partnership management

  • Support and help oversee agreements with sponsored venues and sports clubs.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and contractual obligations on both sides.
  • Handle on-site branding execution and compliance at partner venues (signage, activations, brand presence).

Collaborator & vendor coordination

  • Liaise with external collaborators, agencies, and partners to source and produce marketing assets.
  • Keep projects moving and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with some exposure to both digital and partnerships/sponsorship work
  • Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign setup and monitoring, not strategy-level)
  • Experience writing creative briefs and working with design teams; understanding of brand guidelines
  • Comfortable managing multiple relationships and moving parts (agencies, venues, clubs, internal teams)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator
  • A genuine interest in sports and live events is a strong plus, given the sponsorship focus

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with sponsorship agreements or venue/club partnerships
  • Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards for campaign performance

Benefits

  • Annual bonus based on your performance
  • Private health insurance for you and your family
  • Top of the line tools and equipment
  • Career and competencies development
  • Employee Wellness Program (daily group sessions led by professional coaches)
  • Modern workspace environment
