Join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant located in our Tel Aviv office.
Our office is seeking a motivated, creative and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing department. The Marketing Assistant will work directly with the Marketing Manager in the Tel Aviv office. In first few months, the Marketing Assistant will be familiarized with the marketing operations relating to Israel, learning the job from the ground-up. This position is in-office on a full time basis (Sunday to Thursday).
The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in a working environment involving international business, preferably in a law firm environment, an eye for detail, eloquent speaking and writing capabilities in English and Hebrew, be accustomed to working in high paced environment, take directions well, and be socially extroverted. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly-regarded team and to work closely with the local marketing and office leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Works hand in hand with the Marketing and Manager to develop and implement the marketing and business development initiatives for the Tel Aviv office, in addition to Israel-related initiatives across the firm
Assists Marketing Manager in the office as well as other team members as will be communicated by your direct managers
Drafts, edits, and distributes marketing materials, internal marketing reports, press releases, seminar materials, client updates, and other client collateral communications, as needed
Creates visuals for social media, firm events and webinars and holiday cards
Maintains records of the firm’s specific practice and office experience, utilizing the firm’s experience database
Coordinates firm events taking place in Israel (including sponsorships, summits, seminars, gala events, webinars, etc.)
Assists with external and client-facing communication, including blogs, alerts, newsletters, articles, social media posts, and other content
Collects materials to be used for various purposes, including, drafting submissions for international and local legal league tables, maintaining internal logs and databases, press releases, etc.
Conducts business development research
Updates and maintain internal marketing logs
Collaborates with marketing professionals throughout the firm, including the communications team, marketing research team, RFP team, events team, and design team
Liaises with external vendors
Utilizes firm-approved AI tools in the day-to-day job
Assists with a variety of short and long-term projects and attorney marketing requests
Qualifications:
Skills & Competencies
A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently
Tech-savvy problem solver who will have the ability to learn new programs or systems with ease
Excellent prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—both written and oral--including solid composition, research, and editing skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to work well under pressure
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Education & Prior Experience
Native-level English; Advanced level Hebrew
1-2 years of experience in a global business environment
1-2 years of marketing / event planning experience
Familiarity with the legal industry - an advantage
Technology
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
High level of proficiency using Canva
