We are looking for a dynamic and organized part time Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and support the company’s global marketing activities.
The role includes a variety of responsibilities combining ownership, creativity, and coordination across internal and external interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s CRM system (HubSpot) on an ongoing basis.
Support the launch of new products and global launch activities.
Assist in the preparation and execution of international exhibitions and local marketing events.
Coordinate information, manage tasks, and provide ongoing administrative support to the marketing team.
Prepare marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, catalogs, etc.).
Work closely with external marketing vendors (designers, print houses, translators, etc.).
Assist in sourcing, compiling, and analyzing market research and data.
Job Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Native or high-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading).
Team player with flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach, positive attitude, and strong independent learning ability – very important!
Graduate or student in Marketing / Advertising / Communications or a related field, interested in specializing in global marketing within a B2B company
