As a Marketing Assistant, you will help support daily marketing operations, coordinate promotional materials, assist with events and content creation, and help maintain brand consistency across all company communications.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, inventory, and office requests across all company locations
• Manage business card orders and tracking
• Create and maintain digital email signatures
• Organize and maintain digital marketing files, brand assets, and materials
• Assist with event logistics, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts
• Support the Content Creator by coordinating photo and video requests with providers and staff
• Help ensure brand consistency across print and digital platforms
• Assist in creating basic graphics, flyers, presentations, and internal communications
• Support internal announcements, promotions, and employee engagement campaigns
• Assist with additional day-to-day marketing tasks as needed
