Job Description

Our client, a leading company within the local automotive industry, is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department. The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in promoting the company’s products and services while ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed in line with brand and franchise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• 
  Manage and update the company’s social media platforms
• 
  Support the creation of marketing content and collaborate with the design team to develop visual materials.
• 
  Assist with the organisation of promotional activities and events
• 
  Provide administrative support to the Marketing department.
• 
  Assist with any additional tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager or General Manager

Requirements

• 
  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• 
  Diploma in Marketing or a related field will be considered an asset.
• 
  Understanding of customer service principles and processes, including assessing customer needs and maintaining service quality.
• 
  Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including marketing strategies, product promotion, and sales techniques.
• 
  Strong organisational and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
