We are continuing to scale nationally and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our expanding marketing and business development efforts. This role is intended to be the operational backbone of national marketing: partnering closely with the Senior Proposal Writer and under the direction of the Marketing Director to maintain graphics standards, leverage digital and video communications, support brand initiatives, execute events, manage logistics, and bring our story to life across social channels. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-region environment and enjoys turning plans into well-executed, on-the-ground results.
/Objective
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to contribute creative ideas, organizational skills, and digital design expertise to help the firm achieve its marketing goals. No two days will be the same with the wide range of support needed in the areas of email marketing, photography, branded templates and takeaways, data analytics, proposal development, website updating and maintenance, as well as other marketing and business development functions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working from our Denver office, and in-person at least 2-3 days a week.
Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour. The final salary will be commensurate with education and experience. We offer medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, group term life insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO, and parental leave. The firm will also cover some public transportation costs.
