This role focuses on executing and managing large-scale outreach and digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with structured workflows while collaborating closely with operations to ensure seamless lead tracking and qualification.
Manage high-volume outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
Execute targeted mass DM outreach at scale, including social media direct messaging.
Conduct daily Instagram account outreach and engagement.
Run cold email outreach campaigns and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Support digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms.
Manage email and SMS marketing activities, including flows, templates, and integrations.
Perform SEO tasks such as audits, keyword research, technical SEO reviews, backlink analysis, and competitor research.
Distribute and manage content across multiple pages and platforms.
Track, qualify, and organize leads in collaboration with the operations VA.
Ensure accurate handoff of qualified leads according to internal workflows.
Maintain clear documentation and follow established processes consistently.
Proven experience managing multi-channel lead generation at high volume.
Hands-on experience with mass outreach campaigns and cold email strategies.
Experience supporting paid digital advertising efforts.
Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing systems.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical and off-page SEO.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting daily targets.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfort working with structured systems, processes, and workflows.
Background supporting marketing or growth teams in a digital environment.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations or sales teams.
Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and accountability in previous roles.
